The Oberalp Group is seeking a part-time Warranty Specialist to support the Care & Repair Department in Kiefersfelden, DE. The successful candidate will receive and send returned items, process complaints and repairs, and act as a liaison for multiple brands.

Requirements

• Affinity to sports, preferably outdoor sports
• Knowledge of guarantee management (optimal, but not necessary)
• Team worker with a hands-on mentality
• Identification with our products and values
• Microsoft Office knowledge (asset)
• Proficiency in German in writing and speech (mandatory)
• English skills (asset)
