We are looking for a Part-time Warranty Specialist to support our team in activities around the topic of claims and repairs for our Care & Repair Department in our brand new DYNAFIT Headquarter in Kiefersfelden.

Requirements

• Receipt and dispatch of returned articles and repairs
• Repair acceptance from end consumers at our repair counter
• Recording of complaints and repairs in our inventory management system and further processing
• Dispatch of spare parts
• Intercompany contact for all our brands in the Claims/Warranty area
• Performance of repairs on various articles from our product range
