Job Description
Obsidian Security is seeking a Channel Account Director to lead and expand their value-added reseller (VAR) channel strategy across the western U.S. This is a field-facing role responsible for partner recruitment, enablement, and performance, and will drive revenue through trusted relationships. The company is rapidly growing and poised for future success in the SaaS security market.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management in the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space.
- Proven track record building and managing successful regional VAR relationships.
- Strong understanding of reseller business models, sales cycles, and regional market dynamics.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with experience building from scratch and comfortable traveling through the U.S. (~25% annual).
