Job Description
Ocado Solutions is seeking a Senior New Business Acquisition Manager to lead the strategic growth of its international grocery partnerships. This role involves guiding the entire business development process, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving commercial decisions in Europe, Americas, and APAC/MEA. The position requires significant international travel and a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a complex commercial environment
- Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Business development experience and strategic decision-making skills
