Cutter/Order Packer

We are seeking a Cutter/Order Packer to cut and prepare fish for our local grocery stores and restaurants. The job involves cutting fresh seafood to ensure maximum use of product, rotating product daily, recording weights, and packing orders. Previous fish cutting experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent knife skills
• Ability to work well with other team members
• Ability to work in a cold and wet environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• 1 year fish cutting experience
