Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cologne. You will have an open ear for our customers via email and phone, take up customer complaints, and ensure a competent and solution-oriented treatment. Requirements
- initial professional experience in telephone and written customer service in the B2C sector
- experience in dealing with CRM systems
- fluency in German and English
- interest in the German energy market
