We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead hiring world-class talent for our Electroverse business. As a hands-on role, you'll source, screen, and progress candidates through the interview pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers and our brilliant Talent team.
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing is a must
- Ability to screen the best talent and assess cultural fit
- Experience recruiting across technology or fast-moving businesses
- Ability to interview candidates and assess hard skills and cultural qualities
- Ability to partner with hiring managers and make recommendations based on data
