As Head of Growth, you will play a crucial role in strengthening Ocumeda's market presence and driving the company's sustainable growth by developing and implementing long-term growth strategies and ensuring brand presence is optimally positioned for B2B partners and end customers.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience with a strong sales and marketing background, of which 5 years in a leadership position in a fast-growing company
• Strong sales and marketing background, with a focus on strategic market development, scaling sales and marketing organizations, and implementing growth strategies
• Proven experience in key account management, networking, and negotiation skills in German and English
• First experience in the healthcare or tech industry, with affinity to ophthalmology/optometry an advantage
