Sales Lead DACH (m/w/d) bei skalierendem MedTech in München

As Sales Lead DACH, you will lead our sales team in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, drive sales growth, and develop regional sales processes. Your tasks include operational sales management, sales responsibility, DACH sales strategy, coaching & motivation, events & representation, and market and competition observation.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales in the eye care industry or a comparable industry
• Proven success in leading field service or sales teams
• Strong network in the eye care industry
• High coaching competence, communication strength, and the ability to motivate a team
• Trained optometrist, optician, or deep understanding of the eye care industry
• Fluent German and English knowledge
