Requirements
- Completed education as an optician and ideally a further qualification such as a master's degree or a study in optometry or a related field
- First professional experience in key account management, sales management
- Demonstrated successes in customer acquisition, customer care, and business relationship expansion
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex customer requirements and implement them in solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, English is a plus
- High level of self-organization, initiative, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
