Senior Customer Care Engineer

We are a globally expanding software technology company seeking a Senior Customer Care Engineer to provide best-in-class support to customers, develop relationships with customers, and communicate requests to relevant departments.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field (Preferably Computer Programs, Mathematics, Electrical, and Electronics or Computer Engineering)
• Min. 5 years of working experience
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving and customer support skills required
• Basic database and SQL knowledge
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Experience in the digital and marketing tech environment is preferable
