Job Description
ODK Media is seeking a Director of Brand Acquisition & Growth to lead strategic brand partnerships with top brands, agencies, and multicultural advertisers. This role involves identifying, pitching, and executing innovative marketing collaborations leveraging ODK Media’s platforms and ecosystem to develop breakthrough branded content, sponsorships, and social-driven campaigns. The position is a cross-functional role focusing on both sales and project execution.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, integrated marketing, or media sales
- Demonstrated success in building brand collaborations, sponsorships, or branded content projects
- Strong understanding of digital media and CTV/OTT landscape
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Passion for content, community, and culture, especially in entertainment and youth marketing
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
