Job Description
As a Sales Account Executive, you will execute full sales lifecycle processes from pre-work, detailed discovery conversations, and informative meetings to identify the needs of prospective clients and perform as a trusted advisor for their forwarding needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a freight forwarding role
- Previous experience directly selling ocean and/or air services
- Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One
- Entrepreneurial spirit; team player; problem solver
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
