Job Description
OffDeal is building the world's first AI-native investment bank, focusing on the lower middle market ($1–10M EBITDA). As an Investment Banker II, you'll develop deep sector expertise, become a thought leader, and build a reputation as a top banker in your market.
Requirements
- Classically trained with a modern mindset, 5–8 years of experience
- Mastered the fundamentals of investment banking
- Excited to work in ways that didn't exist five years ago
- Deal junkie, not in banking for the Excel reps
- Scrappy, able to build models and drive to resolution without waiting for backup
