Job Description
We are seeking a Client Solutions Associate to join our team in Mexico City. As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for growing our network and scaling our impact by connecting our clients to the right subject matter experts. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Client-Expert Connections: Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs.
- Project Creation & Ownership: Manage clients' research projects, from understanding their goals to recruiting and scheduling the right experts.
- Project Performance Tracking: Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to drive successful research for our clients and ensure our network has only high-quality, engaged experts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights from client and expert interactions to help product and engineering teams refine the Office Hours online platform.
