Job Description
At Officeworks, we are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to help deliver a best-in-class, always-on trade marketing program that supports our broader commercial and customer strategy. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day workflows, timelines, budgets and ways of working across all trade activity, as well as leading and supporting two direct reports.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (preferred)
- 10+ years experience in retail marketing or a similar environment
- Strong hands-on experience in advertising production and campaign delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt and prioritise
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Proven leadership capability, with a passion for supporting and mentoring teams
