Job Description
Ofinno is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Senior Patent Attorney or Agent to join their Next Generation Wi-Fi team. The role involves drafting, filing, and prosecuting high-quality patent applications related to Wi-Fi and IEEE 802.11 technologies, particularly within the US and international jurisdictions. They are looking for a candidate who contributes to a world-class patent portfolio and can collaborate closely with inventors and experts.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Active registration to practice before the USPTO
- 4+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
- Familiarity with EPO prosecution
