Job Description
Ofinno, a research and development lab specializing in communication and media standards, is seeking a Senior Patent Attorney or Agent to help interpret art, identify distinctions, draft, file, and prosecute patent applications for a 6G Innovation Lab team. This role focuses on patent portfolio development, prosecution, and collaboration with inventors and technical experts.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Active registration as a US and/or European patent attorney/agent
- 2+ years of experience with 3GPP-related patent applications
- Extensive experience with patent prosecution before the EPO
- Extensive experience with 3GPP-related technologies and standards
- Previous experience in-house and/or at a top tier law firm
