Ogenus Offshore is seeking a detail-driven Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting, tax, payroll, and statutory compliance for their Greek entity. This role involves financial planning, reporting, collaboration with UK finance, and maintaining compliance with Greek tax and employment laws. The company is experiencing growth and building an internal team.
Requirements
- Maintain accounting records in Soft1 ERP
- Prepare and submit VAT, WHT, EFKA, and MyData reconciliations
- Manage bank reconciliations, cost and revenue entries, and monthly closings
- Handle full payroll cycle: salary calculations, declarations to ERGANI and EFKA, vacation tracking
- Coordinate with external auditors or tax advisors
- Prepare financial reports, including Profit and Loss, monthly cash flow reports, and GP tracking
- Liaise with UK finance officer and support joint reconciliations
- Assist with credit control and invoice follow-ups
- Help ensure consistency and clarity between GR and UK financial reporting
- Prepare corporate tax returns
- Liaise with HR department and ensure consistency with the UK financial reporting
