IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for handling technology needs and requirements of end users in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. The role involves providing technical support, system administration, network management, and data security, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT technical experience in a service desk environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, IOS, and Android operating systems
• Experience of troubleshooting computer hardware
• Experience with MDM solutions
• Experience with IT ticketing systems
• Experience troubleshooting network related issues
• Knowledge of IT security protocols, and cloud-based services
• Relevant IT certifications a plus
