Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Justice Habeas Corpus Unit. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of practice experience, preferably in appellate practice, and excellent legal research and writing skills.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
- 5 years of practice experience
- Experience in appellate practice is preferred
- Prosecutorial experience is preferred
