Assistant Attorney General- Health and Human Services

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking experienced attorneys to work in the Health and Human Services Section, representing state agencies in administrative hearings and defending against lawsuits in state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
• Experience with administrative appeals
• Strong writing skills
• Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and innovation in a role as an assistant attorney general
