Job Description
The Ohio Department of Public Safety is seeking a Financial Analyst to examine, analyze, and prepare accounting records and financial statements. The position involves reviewing and auditing invoices, processing payment card transactions, and researching and correcting accounts payable and receivable errors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- 30 months of experience in accounting and/or finance, or 6 months of experience in accounting and/or finance with an undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- Intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software
- Ability to work long or unusual hours during peak operational periods
