Food Service Manager 2

The Food Service Manager 2 position is responsible for administering and managing the entire food service operation at the Ohio Veterans Home Georgetown, including supervision of staff, ordering of food and supplies, and fiscal controls.

Requirements

• Administers & manages entire food service operation
• Supervises frontline supervisors & lower-level food preparation & service staff
• Oversees ordering of food & supplies from vendors
• Prepares related records & reports
• Supervises lower-level custodial workers & laundry staff
• Attends & conducts staff meetings
• Performs special projects
