Director of Utility Partnerships (Remote, US)

Renew Home is seeking a Sales Director, Utility Partnerships, to drive new business growth with utilities across North America. This role involves driving pipeline, closing complex deals, and building relationships with utility partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development within the energy sector
• Deep understanding of utilities, demand-side management programs, distributed energy resources, and the evolving energy transition landscape
• Experience selling grid-facing solutions related to demand response, virtual power plants, DER aggregation, grid services, distributed energy, or supply-side energy transactions
• Strategic market development skills and ability to identify emerging opportunities and build momentum with customers
