Job Description
Renew Home is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. The role requires a dynamic and business-minded lawyer with commercial and product counseling experience to provide sound, practical, and actionable legal advice in support of the company's mission.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in good standing
- 5+ years of legal practice, including in-house experience at a tech company
- Experience negotiating custom commercial deals with regulated electric utilities, retail energy providers, or other load serving entities
- Business-forward in-house lawyer with leadership skills and a proven record of successfully handling complex legal issues, both commercial and product counsel experience preferred
