Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic and tactical legal counseling on a broad range of issues impacting our sales, engineering, manufacturing and supply, and customer support teams. We believe in enabling homes and vehicles powered by clean energy, making electrification upgrades possible, building more resilient homes with reliable backup, designing a flexible and distributed electrical grid.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of the California Bar in good standing
- 5+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney
- Significant experience reviewing, negotiating, and executing commercial agreements
- Track record of building strong relationships and successfully collaborating with teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with proven ability to achieve results and work independently
