Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• 5+ years of experience in a tech company
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top talent across engineering and product
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
