Behavioral Health Care Manager (Social Worker)

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) to join our team at Oregon Health & Science University. The BHCM will operate in the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) as part of our integrated behavioral health teams, providing counseling and support to patients with mental and physical health needs.

Requirements

• Master's Social Work (MSW) required
• Certificate of Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required for employees who practice clinical social work
• Health care experience preferred
• Training in Primary Care Behavioral Health
• Experience in behavioral health counseling and brief short-term therapy strategies and case management in an ambulatory setting
• Experience and/or interest in Collaborative Care
• 3 years' experience in similar position
