Job Description
Critical Care Pharmacist - Relief position at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. The pharmacist will provide services to inpatients and outpatients, making recommendations on drug therapy and collaborating with healthcare team members.
Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
- PGY-1 Practice Residency or Specialist Certification (BCCCP, BCPS, etc)
- Current Pharmacist's license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy
