Job Description
The Pharmacist - Relief position provides safe and proper distribution and use of drugs in inpatients and outpatients. The role requires advanced knowledge and application of pharmacology to a specific patient population. The Pharmacist will work in a flexible model with decentralized practice and will be responsible for influencing standards of therapy and developing treatment guidelines.
Requirements
- A current Pharmacist’s license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy.
- Practice Residency or Specialist Certification (BCPS, BCOPS, etc)
- PGY-2 Specialty Residency
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Vaccination certification
- Specialist Certifications (BCPS, BCOPS, etc)
