Job Description
Requisition ID 2025-34563 is a Relief/Flex/Resource position for a licensed pharmacist in Home Infusion Pharmacy at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). The pharmacist will be responsible for the safe distribution and use of medications in outpatient settings, collaborating with healthcare teams to provide therapeutic support to patients. Flex positions provide relief for staff and supplement existing staffing levels.
Requirements
- Current Pharmacist’s license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. PLUS Practice Residency or 2 years working at an infusion pharmacy location
- Ambulatory or outpatient infusion pharmacy practice
