Research Assistant 2

The Regenerative Engineering and Rehabilitation lab at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a Research Assistant to join their team. The RA2 will participate in translational research evaluating tissue engineered therapies in small animal models, performing and assisting with animal studies, fabricating biomaterials, and conducting cell culture experiments. This position involves collaboration with engineers, biologists, and clinicians.

Requirements

• Conduct experiments using in vitro assays and small animal models.
• Generate data and perform quantitative analysis.
• Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures.
• Assist with lab-wide compliance and ensure safety regulations.
• Prior experience working in a translational research setting.
