Okta is seeking an Area Sales Director, Enterprise to lead the development and business results of a team of quota-carrying Account Executives in the Northeast region. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience building and running Enterprise sales teams in the software industry and a deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Attract, recruit, hire, and mentor the Enterprise Account Executive sales team
- Create an open, inclusive team-oriented environment and build a results-driven culture
- Lead by example, set expectations, and provide coaching and mentorship as needed
- Analyze data and dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for assigned regions
- Effectively develop, design, build, and execute the Enterprise Business plan
- Maintain market intelligence and develop strategies to maintain Okta's leadership position
