Job Description
Okta is seeking a Collections Manager for Manila, Philippines to lead and develop the credit and collections team. The role involves managing accounts, pursuing past-due invoices, resolving customer disputes, and establishing and enforcing credit policies. The company focuses on empowering individuals with secure and neutral identity solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Credit and Collections.
- At least 3 years of experience managing people in a global or shared service setting.
- Experience with technology companies and/or SaaS.
- Solid knowledge of customer intake ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite, Oracle or SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
