Job Description
OKX is seeking a highly capable Business Development Manager to join the Listing & Boost team. This team focuses on identifying and onboarding projects to the OKX platform, ensuring long-term ecosystem impact, and managing partnerships with leading Web3 projects. The role requires strategic judgment, strong execution, and cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in exchange BD, venture investment, or Web3 partnership management.
- Demonstrated ability to source and close high-value deals within the crypto ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of token economics and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
