Job Description
OKX is seeking a highly capable Business Development Manager to join the listing & boost team, focused on identifying and onboarding high-quality projects to the OKX platform. This role involves pre-listing engagement, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the listing process and launch new initiatives. The manager will be responsible for overseeing listing campaigns and maintaining high project quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in exchange BD, venture investment, or Web3 partnership management
- Demonstrated ability to source and close high-value deals within the crypto ecosystem
- Strong understanding of token economics, project evaluation, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency preferred)
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
