OKX is seeking a Head of Product Design - Offshore Trading to lead and elevate the Offshore exchange experience for users. The role involves shaping the design strategy, user experience, and innovation for Offshore trading products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in design leadership and management
- Extensive experience designing for financial products, preferably in trading, and fintech
- Strong ability to hire, mentor, and retain top design talent
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
- Expertise in breaking down complex financial products into intuitive, user-friendly designs
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple dependencies, and prioritizing tasks independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent experience
