Senior Operations Manager, Northeast Asia

OKX is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the Northeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have experience in growth strategy, market execution, and operations management. The role will involve market strategy and execution, research and outreach, product optimization, performance management, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 6-8 years of growth strategy experience
• Proven track record of driving growth
• Experience with off-page content strategy, content localization, performance management
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and research skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of ownership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly pick up product understanding
• Fluency in English and another key Northeast Asian language
