Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 6-8 years of growth strategy experience in e-commerce, social media, fintech, or related industries
• Proven track record of driving growth by breaking down North Stars to clear strategies
• Experience with off-page content strategy, content localization, performance management, and link building
• Strong analytical skills with data visualisation tools (e.g., Amplitude)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• High level of ownership, collaboration, and conflict resolution
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Northeast Asia
