Job Description
We are seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to join our team. The role involves analyzing product and market trends, identifying anomalies, and guiding the Demand Planning team. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or business analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or business analytics
- Proven ability to connect data to business stories—translating analytical outputs into strategic insights
- Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, John Galt Atlas, Blue Yonder, Oracle Demantra)
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
