Requirements
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in brand or product marketing within professional beauty, haircare, or salon-related categories
- Proven success executing marketing programs or product launches in the PRO channel
- Strong understanding of stylist behavior, professional education, and the dynamics of B2B2C marketing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and storytelling ability with attention to both technical accuracy and brand tone
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborative, hands-on, and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Marketing or related field a plus
