Old Republic Surety Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Vice President for the Upper Midwest to lead a growing, diverse region within Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Iowa. The role involves overseeing branch office management, building high-performing teams, and driving strategic decisions to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. Candidate may reside in any of the listed states.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of eight (8) years of direct experience in the surety industry
• Strong background in contract surety underwriting
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
• Strong relationship-building skills with brokers and agencies
• Experience in bond manager/underwriter oversight
