Job Description
Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Business Operations to support the Clinical Department's initiatives and the success of clinical trials. This role involves managing vendor relationships, leading RFP processes, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of clinical research and operations.
Requirements
- BS or MS in a relevant discipline is required
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the clinical research process and the regulatory environment
- Strong skills in writing, critical analysis/evaluation, benchmarking, contracting, and negotiating
- Experience in building RFPs and leading the vendor selection process
- Strong experience in vendor and site CTA contracting/budgeting, FMV assessment, Scientific Collaborator engagement to conduct clinical trials
- Excellent knowledge of the clinical contracting process and grant administration
