Job Description
Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Business Operations to support clinical trials and contract management. The role involves overseeing vendor relationships, managing RFPs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical research and a strong understanding of the clinical contracting process.
Requirements
- BS or MS in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research and the regulatory environment
- Expertise in writing, critical analysis/evaluation, benchmarking, contracting, and negotiating
- Strategic thinking and strong interpersonal/conflict management skills
- Experience in vendor and site CTA contracting/budgeting, FMV assessment, Scientific Collaborator engagement to conduct clinical trials
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent analytical skills
