Job Description
Olson Kundig is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their accounting team. The position focuses on processing client invoices accurately and ensuring timely payments for invoices. The team will also be involved in managing projects and client relations to maintain positive cashflow.
Requirements
- Execute the monthly invoicing process in accordance with the billing cycle.
- Work with project managers/AP to code consultant invoices/credit card charges/employee expense reports/petty cash receipts.
- Submit invoices to clients per contract schedule.
- Monitor and resolve any billing inquiries/issues from PM’s and external clients.
- Manage accounts receivable processes.
