Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead design and implementation of Omio’s total compensation and benefits strategy, attract, retain, and engage top talent across Omio Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CCP certification or Master’s is a plus.
- 8 to 10 years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role with a strong data focus.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) essential; familiarity with Leapsome or similar performance tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with HRIS systems like Workday and people data to generate reports and insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present to Executive stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and professional, with a collaborative approach and strong integrity.
