Requirements
- Lead the design and implementation of Omio’s total compensation and benefits strategy
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure total rewards competitiveness across all Omio locations
- Maintain accurate compensation structures, salary ranges, bonus frameworks, and equity data
- Oversee implementation and administration of employee benefits across multiple geographies
- Review and enhance benefits offerings based on employee feedback and market insights
