Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-level IT support to employees on-site and remotely, and assist with administering and supporting internal tools and systems. You will also troubleshoot and support devices, maintain IT inventory, and collaborate with the internal IT team.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship, vocational training, or hold a university degree in the IT field
- At least one year of experience in IT support, service desk, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS, and a solid understanding of IT troubleshooting fundamentals
- Familiarity with user and device lifecycle management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive mindset and a high sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English; additional local language skills a plus
