Housekeeping - Guest Room Attendant

The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa is seeking a Housekeeping - Guest Room Attendant to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. The position involves refreshing rooms for continuing guests and thoroughly cleaning rooms for guests who have checked out. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and customer service skills, and be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms
• Restock and replace used items
• Communicate clean status of each room
• Remove room service trays and tables
• Stock the supply cart
• Check equipment
• Respond to hotel guests efficiently
• Service hotel lobbies
• Service floors in public areas and restrooms
• Service Fitness Center and pools
• Clean function rooms
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
